The new Bourne movie trailer. With no comment, I present to you, an email snippet between my sister and myself about said trailer.
Sister: Look I never wanted to do this without Matty D, but this looks like it could be a little awesome
Me: Listen. LISTEN. Tough things happens in life, and you can be sad for a while and then YOU JUST GOTTA MOVE ON. And I think we just need to try to pick up the pieces of our broken lives and just start walking and figure out what a Matty Damon-less Bourne movie will look like. THAT’S JUST WHERE WE ARE.
Sister: I think the key in this situation is adjusting our expectations. Is this guy Matty D? No. WHO IS THOUGH? Also, I think we should go to the midnight showing…. IN DUBAI…. Who’s with me?!
Me: Okay. I bought our tickets. We got midnight showing seats at the top of the Burj Dubai. There wasn’t originally a movie theater up there, so they’re having to build one. Also, instead of technically seeing the “movie,” they’re getting the actors to come reenact the movie. I went ahead and paid for your share- you owe me 18 million dollars. Two words: WORTH IT.My god, my sister and I have an odd relationship.
